जापान की टू व्हीलर निर्माता होंडा मोटरसाइकिल एंड स्कूटर इंडिया (HMSI) ने जुलाई 2026 की बिक्री रिपोर्ट जारी कर दी है। कंपनी ने इस महीने कुल 5,42,934 यूनिट्स की बिक्री दर्ज की, जो पिछले साल जुलाई के मुकाबले 5.35% अधिक है। जुलाई 2025 में कंपनी ने 5,15,378 यूनिट्स बेची थीं। वहीं, जून 2026 की तुलना में भी होंडा की बिक्री में बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिली। घरेलू बाजार में बढ़ती मांग और निर्यात में मजबूत प्रदर्शन ने कंपनी की कुल बिक्री को नई रफ्तार दी।

घरेलू और निर्यात बिक्री में लगातार बढ़ोतरी

जुलाई 2026 में होंडा ने घरेलू बाजार में 4,76,436 यूनिट्स की बिक्री की। यह जुलाई 2025 में बिकी 4,66,331 यूनिट्स के मुकाबले 2.17% अधिक है। वहीं, कंपनी के निर्यात (एक्सपोर्ट) में और भी बेहतर प्रदर्शन देखने को मिला। जुलाई 2026 में होंडा ने 66,498 यूनिट्स का निर्यात किया, जो पिछले साल की 49,047 यूनिट्स की तुलना में 35.58% की शानदार बढ़ोतरी है।

अगर जून 2026 से तुलना करें, तो घरेलू बिक्री में 1.60% और निर्यात में 12.09% की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई। इससे साफ है कि देश और विदेश, दोनों बाजारों में होंडा की मांग लगातार बढ़ रही है।

वित्त वर्ष 2026-27 में होंडा की बिक्री रही मजबूत

ल्लॉन्च होंगे होंडा के नए प्रीमियम मॉडल

8th Pay Commission: केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 8वें वेतन आयोग को आधिकारिक तौर पर मंजूरी दे दी गई है. इसके बाद देश भर के लगभग 50 लाख सरकारी कर्मचारी और 69 लाख पेंशनभोगियों को अच्छी खबर मिल सकती है. सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव के मुताबिक आयोग 18 महीना के अंदर अपनी सिफारिशें प्रस्तुत करेगा और नया वेतनमान 1 जनवरी 2026 से लागू हो सकता है.

क्या है 8th पे कमीशन 

यह आयोग केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों और सेवानिवृत कर्मचारियों के वेतन, भक्तों और पेंशन की समीक्षा करने की जिम्मेदारी रखता है. इसके लागू होने के बाद नया वेतनमान 2016 से लागू सातवें वेतन आयोग की जगह लेगा. 8वें वेतन आयोग का उद्देश्य वेतन को इन्फ्लेशन, जीवन यापन की लागत और वर्तमान आर्थिक वास्तविकताओं के अनुरूप लाना है.

अगर कार्यान्वयन में देरी होती है तो क्या होगा 

यदि वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशें 6 महीने की देरी के बाद लागू होती हैं तो सरकार कर्मचारियों को बकाया राशि का एकमुश्त भुगतान करेगी. यानी कि उन 6 महीना के वेतन का अंतर एक साथ दिया जाएगा. इसका मतलब है कि 1 जनवरी 2026 से प्रभावित वेतन वृद्धि पूरी तरह से लागू होगी और बकाया राशि कार्यान्वयन शुरू होने पर एक साथ जमा कर दी जाएगी. 

वेतन बकाया गणना 

मान लीजिए कि नए ढांचे के तहत किसी भी कर्मचारी का मूल वेतन 18000 रुपए से बढ़कर 44000 हो जाता है. यह हर महीने 26000 की वृद्धि है. अगर 6 महीने की देरी होती है तो बकाया राशि कुछ इस तरह से की जाएगी. 

₹26,000×6= ₹1,56,000

इसका सीधा सा मतलब हुआ कि कर्मचारियों को एक साथ ₹1.56 लाख कब का भुगतान दिया जाएगा. हालांकि आपको बता दें कि वास्तविक राशि कर्मचारियों के वेतन स्तर और लागू फिटमेंट कारक के आधार पर होगी.

अपेक्षित लाभ और फिटमेंट फैक्टर 

ऐसी उम्मीद की जा रही है की आठवें वेतन आयोग के तहत न्यूनतम मूल वेतन ₹18000 से बढ़कर ₹44000 हो सकता है. इसी के साथ 2.46 का फिटमेंट फैक्टर अनुमानित है. इसका मतलब है कि नया वेतन वर्तमान मूल वेतन का लगभग ढाई गुना होगा. वैसे तो आयोग का अभी औपचारिक रूप से गठन नहीं किया गया है, लेकिन इसकी स्वीकृति सरकारी वेतन संरचना में सुधार की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम साबित होगी. 1 जनवरी 2026 को लागू होने की उम्मीद के साथ केंद्रीय कर्मचारी वेतन में अच्छी खासी वृद्धि की भी उम्मीद कर सकते हैं. इतना ही नहीं बल्कि अगर देरी भी होती है तो बकाया राशि का भी अच्छा खासा भुगतान हो सकता है.
